Meet LitExtension Happy Customer: Lyn from EZIOM International
This time, we’re here with Lyn from EZIOM International (Singapore) which provides Digital Marketing solutions, She will share her experience of using LitExtension to migrate from osCommerce to Magento.
Alani: Thank you very much for your time doing processing an Interview with us. Could you please introduce a little about yourself and your store to everyone?
Lyn : I am Lyn and I am working in EZIOM International which provides Digital Marketing solutions.
Alani: How did you know litextension.com (http://litextension.com/) ?
Lyn : I got to know Litextension when I was googling for a migration solution for one of my projects. I read some reviews and saw many positive responses and quite a number of the reviews highlighted that the customer service is very good and responsive. So I decided to check out further on this.
Alani: Did you ever try solutions from other developers/providers? How did it work?
Lyn : I did not try any other solutions though I did queried with another migration tool. The response was not as fast and personal. At the same time, I did an online chat with Litextension whereby the customer service rep has been very patient in answering all my queries.
Alani: What did Litextension team do to help you?
Lyn : They did the migration for one of our ecommerce projects. There are some complexities due to data issue in the source data. They did their part to look into the issues and work closely with us.
Alani: How was your experience with our service and our support team in particular?
Lyn : It was a reassuring experience. They are very patient and response very quickly to clarifications which we raise. And due to some change of decision, the project was placed on hold, hence, we only manage to raise some clarifications after few months. As always, they are still there for us, attending to all our queries. And most importantly, they do not just do the job but took ownership of the job. While looking into our queries, they went the extra mile to inform us with record counts of the new data being added after our migration few months back and even offered us to take care of that.
Alani: Would you recommend us to other customers?
Lyn : Yes, definitely. A responsive and supportive customer service is what I feel matters most as this will be the crucial factor which sees your job to smooth completion should there be any issues encountered during this job. And Litextension support team definitely takes care of this aspects well.
Alani: Do you have any suggestions which can help us improve the service?
Lyn : It will be helpful to provide a migration report to show us the entities (including the fields) as well as respective counts which have been migrated along with the time of migration. This will help us to perform our checks more easily, effectively and efficiently after the migration.
